8:00 am Opening remarks and explanation of the workshop format
8:15 am Tour of the online OP and ODI usage training
8:45 am Participants separated into their training group for the day
9:00 am Facilitation of each group's Session 1
     - Labeling fundamentals
     - Ingredients and the Ingredient Statement
     - Food vs. Drug
     - Guarantees, Vitamin/Supplements, Enzymes and Direct Fed Microorganisms (DFM’s)
10:15 am Break and each group rotates to its next session.
10:30 am Facilitation of each group's Session 2 (same 4 topics mentioned above are offered)
12 noon Lunch
1:00 pm Facilitation of each group's Session 3 (same 4 topics mentioned above are offered)
2:15 pm Break
2:30 pm Facilitation of each group's Session 4 (same 4 topics mentioned above are offered)
3:45 pm Break and groups move to the final group session
4:00 pm Panel of SME's responds to questions submitted during the day
