SRIS Accepting Applications

The Scientific Review of Ingredient Submissions (SRIS) program is accepting applications to establish new animal food ingredient definitions or modify existing ones. Applicants can choose from three submission options: Basic Scientific Review, Full Submission Package, or Expanded Submission Package. Submissions may address ingredients for livestock or companion animals. Learn more and apply below.

The 2026 Official Publication is Now Available for Preorder

The 2026 Official Publication (OP) can be accessed by subscribing or renewing your subscription to AAFCO's Digital Publication Package, or by preordering a physical copy which will begin shipping on January 2, 2026.

NC State Feed Manufacturing Short Course

NC State is hosting a Feed Manufacturing Short Course from April 27-28, 2026. The course offers new and entry-level feed mill and allied industry employees a practical overview of feed manufacturing from receiving to loadout with a focus on regulatory compliance and facility management. Registration is $550 per participant and closes April 17, 2026.
