Model Bills and Regulations Committee

To provide a forum for regulators, industry, and other stakeholders to draft fair and just Model Bills and Regulations, as well as model standards and guidance, that can be maintained and advocated by AAFCO regarding the production, labeling, distribution and sale of commercial feed.

  • To provide a forum where the FDA and States can work collaboratively to discuss and promote model program standards that provide a uniform foundation and that allow states to leverage resources and share common successes in order to efficiently protect and promote animal and human health.
