All products distributed in state require registration. Small package products < 10 lb net weight; annual fee of $50; July renewal. All other products; no fee for registration; permanent.
Tonnage Information
Inspection fee paid quarterly of $0.35 per ton. Inspection fee of $0.05 per ton for byproduct feeds > 75% moisture. $25 minimum per quarter; late fee of 10% with $25 minimum.
