50th Annual Feed Administrators Seminar (FAS)

Registration Information

Cutoff date March 28, 2015.

Due to the meeting room size of Shaker Village, we have limited number of attendees we can accept (45 maximum) so space is limited. Due to the limitations, we’re going to allow only one (1) attendee from each state, except for those states that have a representative on the Board of Directors, for which we allow one (1) additional attendee for a total of two (2) from that State. If you’d like to send more than one (1) attendee, please contact Jennifer Godwin jennifer.godwin@ncagr.gov and she will place them on a Wait List. If we have some space when the registration period closes, we will fill in the spaces in the order in which their names were received.

The Seminar will be taking place at Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill, Kentucky

Scholarships are available please fill out the Scholarship form and return to Jennifer Godwin by Tuesday March 3rd.

Hotel Information

Hotel accommodations for the seminar will be made through your registration form for arriving on Monday April 27th and departing on Friday May 1st.  Please contact the AAFCO office if you need additional nights.


Transportation to and from the Lexington Blue Grass Airport ONLY will be provided if you select this option on your registration form.
