While boxed lunches are the most convenient option, attendees may also explore other dining choices during the meeting:

• Food delivery services: Attendees may use delivery apps (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats) to order food directly to the property.
• Nearby off-site options: Additional restaurants are available within a short drive.
Note: Exploring delivery or off-site options may require additional time and could impact your ability to attend scheduled sessions.

Medicated Feed Labeling Workshop

Join AAFCO for a full day Medicated Feed Labeling workshop presented by FDA & State regulatory experts. Attendees will explore key topics and emerging issues shaping the evolving landscape of medicated feed labeling, followed by a collaborative panel discussion. Join us in-person or virtually for this educational and informative event.
Breakfast will be provided, but lunch will be on your own.
Graduate Student Poster Presentation Session
The Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO) is excited to offer the first annual Graduate Student Poster Presentation Session in conjunction with the 2026 Annual Meeting in San Diego, CA. This contest is designed to highlight innovative research that supports animal food, nutrition, and animal food safety and will provide graduate students with a unique opportunity to share their work with regulatory professionals, industry leaders, and peers. The top ten submissions will receive travel assistance to attend the Annual Meeting and the top three submissions will receive a scholarship award.

Ready to apply? Submit your abstract, poster, and short essay through the abstract portal here by May 29, 2026 at 11:59PM CT.

Attendees may reserve their hotel room online or by phone.
To book by phone, call (855) 463-3361 and ask for the “AAFCO & AAPFCO 2026 Annual Meeting” room block to receive the group rate.
Hotel reservations are your own responsibility and rooms may not be available after July 22, 2026 by 11:59pm PST. Transportation is not available through the hotel or meeting. Breakfast will be provided each day. Attendees who want to reserve additional nights outside the official group dates must call the hotel directly.
