Join us in Westbrook, CT for the 60th Annual Feed Administrators Seminar! 

Important Information:

Space is limited for this year’s Feed Administrator Seminar, so we encourage you to register early.  We are unable to provide transportation and meals for guests, so please keep this in mind should you choose to have guests travel with you. 

Registration:

2026 Member Registration – $300
Note: Registration is limited to state and feed regulators only and includes meals and transportation.

Lodging: Sunday Night – Thursday Night – $1,029.25
Note: This is restricted for those attending Monday’s meetings.
Lodging: Monday Night – Thursday Night – $823.40

Please review transportation guidelines below before booking your flight.

Transportation & Flight Arrangements:

Round-trip transportation will be provided from Bradley International Airport (Windsor Locks, CT) to Water’s Edge Resort and back.  It is about an hour and ten-minute trip one way.

Chartered bus pick-up times for Sunday (4/19/26) and Monday (4/20/26) arrivals will be the following: 6:30PM and 8:30PM

Very Important Information: Flight Arrivals & Departures

Sunday Arrivals (4/19/26): Please book your flight with an arrival time between 12:00PM-10:00PM. We will have limited shuttles on Sunday. 

Monday Arrivals (4/20/26): Please book your flight with an arrival time between 12:00PM-7:00PM .

Friday Departures (4/24/26): We will begin transportation back early Friday morning, with the first bus leaving at approximately 3:30am.

Meals & Accommodations:

AAFCO will take care of your hotel accommodations as noted on your registration form.  Meals and snacks will be provided Tuesday – Thursday.  Please email aafco@aafco.org if you have additional meal concerns.

Activities:

We will plan to do team-building activities on Thursday.  Please be prepared to enter your selection preference between:

Kayaking/Canoe Races
Outdoor Yoga
Scavenger Hunts
Birdwatching
Tennis Lesson
