Important Information:

Space is limited for this year’s Feed Administrator Seminar, so we encourage you to register early.  We are unable to provide transportation and meals for guests, so please keep this in mind should you choose to have guests travel with you. 

Registration:

2026 Member Registration – $300
Note: Registration is limited to state and feed regulators only and includes transportation.

Lodging: Sunday Night–Thursday Night – $1,029.25 (meals included)
Note: This is restricted for those attending Monday’s meetings.
Lodging: Monday Night–Thursday Night – $823.40 (meals included)

Please review transportation guidelines below before booking your flight.

Transportation & Flight Arrangements:

Round-trip transportation will be provided from Bradley International Airport (Windsor Locks, CT) to Water’s Edge Resort and back.  It is about an hour and ten-minute trip one way.

1. Chartered bus pick-up times for Sunday (4/19/26) and Monday (4/20/26) arrivals will be the following: 11:00AM, 1:00PM, 3:30PM, and 5:30PM. 

Very Important Information: Flight Arrivals & Departures

Sunday Arrivals (4/19/26): Please book your flight with an arrival time of between 12:00AM and 10:00PM.

Monday Arrivals (4/20/26): Please book your flight with an arrival time of between 12:00AM and 7:00PM.

Friday Departures (4/24/2026): We will begin transportation back to Bradley International Airport starting at approximately 11:00AM.

If the scheduled pick-up times do not align with your flight schedule, please email your flight details to aafco@aafco.org to request an alternative pick-up time.

Meals & Accommodations:

AAFCO will take care of your hotel accommodations as noted on your registration form.  Meals and snacks will be provided Tuesday – Thursday.  Please email aafco@aafco.org if you have additional meal concerns.

Activities:

We will plan to do team-building activities on Thursday.  Please be prepared to enter your selection preference between:

Kayaking/Canoe Races
Outdoor Yoga
Scavenger Hunts
Birdwatching
Tennis Lesson
